ING:
Fish (surmai) / 2 steaks. Ginger / 4 cloves,finely chopped with back of knife. Ginger / 1 med piece,juilliene then finely chopped with back of knife. Lemon juice / of 3 Onion / 2 medium,cut medium rings. Worcester sauce / 4 tbsp. Mustard paste / 1 tbsp. Darchinni powder / 1 tsp. Kutti lal mirch / 1 tbsp. Salt / to taste. Oil / 1/4 cup. Maida / 1 cup. METHOD: -Bowl main ginger/garlic paste,lemon juice add karein saathi hi chilke bhi dal dein. -Salt,mustard paste,worcester sauce add ker ke mix karein. -Kutti kali mirch,darchinni powder add ker ke mix karein. -Oil dalein aur aachi tarhan whisk ker ke mix karein. -Fish steaks ko mixture main aachi tarhan dip karein aur maida se coat karein. -Grill ko thora oil dal ker garam karein aur steaks ko is per rakh dein. (ager bari grill hai tu 2no steaks rakh dein) -Thori deir baad sides change karein aur marinations se coat kerte rahein. -Is tarhan 3-4 dafa karein ,golden colour aa jae tu ready hai. -Frying pan main remaining marination dalein aur onion rings ko saute ker lein. -Platter main salad leaves,tomato,aur cucumber se garnish karein aur steaks rakhein aur saute' onions rakhein.....READY TO SERVE....
